The 5 Tibetan is a series of exercises used by Tibetan monks

for revitalization and longevity 2,500 years ago.

They were discovered in the early 1900s by British Colonel Bradford

in a monastery in the Himalayas.

The series consists of 5 exercises that we repeat 21 times. We start with 3 reps each exercise and gradually increase the number when we feel ready.

 

Medical research shows that the process of aging cells depends on hormones. The endocrine system is responsible

for the overall process of cell function.

The 5 Tibetan exercises are said to balance the endocrine system, stimulate the chakras and in this way become

the "secret" for longevity and vitality.

Chinese believe that energy flows into our bodies into imaginary channels that they call the meridians.

There are 12 main meridians

and with the body postures that we hold for about 3 minutes,

we release the blocked energy on these channels,

resulting we unblock certain negative emotions...

they activate the lungs, the heart, improve the hormone,

boost the immune, relax the mind.

Yoga in pregnancy relieves pains and other discomforts of pregnancy: nausea, constipation, swelling, cramps, somnolence etc

strengthens the uterus, the pelvis and the back

help the labor process and the postpartum period

help the pregnant to develop more the sense of internal control, strength, self-confidence

and positively affects the relationship between mother and baby
